As a child, I grew up in a Business Class Family. My Dad had a Dry Fruit Shop. But I wanted to Do something of my own. Got an Opportunity in Cipla Ltd. as a Medical Representative. Got promoted to Area Manager within 3 years. It was a surprise that a B.Com graduate could sell a pharmaceutical product, understand the body parts, and sit in front of a doctor who is MD and sell products. This made me understand that Selling is immaterial to your education. I take this opportunity to give Credit To Cipla Ltd. for giving me this confidence. The lesson I Learned – Anything that you think you want to Do can be learned. The burning desire has to be there.

But it was a Job. I wanted to start my own business. I had the experience with Dry Fruits and Pharmaceuticals. Both the businesses required Fixed Place, Fixed Working Hours. I wanted to have Flexible working hours, Work on my own terms, No boss, and Renevue in Direct connection to my efforts. In 2002, when I was searching for some good options, the Insurance sector was growing. Privatization had just started in 2000. Whenever we start a new business, we find the potentiality of business. India is a country of opportunities. Only 15% of the population is insured. This gave me a kick to enter this business. Initially, there were a lot of questions, whether I would succeed? But Thanks to My Coaches, Mentors I am today where I am is Just their Blessings.
